Capita reserves the right to cancel/decline individual bookings if applications for delegate places exceed the number available.

Cancellation of delegate places is required in writing 5 working days prior to the event. Please email details of any cancellations to Alison.paris@capita.co.uk.

If cancellation is less than 5 working days before the event, 75% will be chargeable.

Delegates who fail to arrive at an event without prior cancellation will be charged in full at the booking rate of £100 + VAT.

All delegates must register on arrival at the event for health and safety purposes.

Capita does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
